How To Submit Articles
To The Independent

Items for publication (press releases, meeting reports, photos, ads, etc.) should be submitted either by mail to P.O. Box 242 in Wood-Ridge or by placing them in the secure dropbox in the foyer of 210 Hackensack Street, Wood-Ridge no later than Noon on Saturday (sports reports are accepted up to 9:00 a.m. on Monday). If mailing items locally, do so by Thursday to ensure our receipt of them by our deadline.

There is a $10.00 per photo charge for personal photos (engagement, wedding, graduation, promotion, etc.); payment must accompany photo(s) when submitted.
